Amount per daily serving:

  • Passion Flower (extract 4:1) - 500mg
  • California poppy (extract 4:1) - 300mg
  • Tart Cherry - 160mg
  • Chamomile flower (extract 4:1) - 100mg
  • Magnesium Glycinate - 100mg
  • Ginger Root - 50mg
  • Lavender flower (extract 4:1) - 20mg
  • Zinc Picolinate - 10mg
  • Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL) - 5mg
  • Additional ingredients (Hydroxpropyl Methylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose)

    Directions:
    Take 3 x capsules daily, with food in the evening.

    Pair with:
    Deep Sleep can be combined with any other BePure products, but it is most effective when combined with Magnesium Restore.
