Directions
Adults (ages 12+): 2 capsules a day.
Children (ages 6-11): 1 capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

However, if you are deficient, it is not enough. We recommend taking BePure Zinc Restore to get your levels back up to where they need to be and then maintaining this level with BePure One.

Precautions
BePure Zinc Restore may reduce effectiveness of some medications, if taken together at the same time.
